M. David Damron

M. David Damron of Corinth, KY was born April 1, 1943 in Middlesboro, KY and died Thursday, April 6, 2023 in Dry Ridge, KY at the age of 80 years.

He was the son, of the late Silas and Frances Chumley Damron. He was a 1967 Graduate of the University of Kentucky, a retired civil engineer and owner of DSD Consultants, and a member of the Lystra Church of Christ. On June 8, 1963 he was united in marriage to Carol Lee Hoffman Damron.

Surviving is his wife of almost 60 years Carol Damron; 2 sons, David Lee (Jennifer) Damron of Xenia, OH and Roy Michael (Denise) Damron of Lexington; 2 daughters, Michele Lynn Hughes of Corinth and Renee Elaine (Paul) Fox of Dry Ridge; 16 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Silas Ray (Tracy) Damron of Middlesboro, KY; and 3 sisters, Becky Radmard of Lexington, Liz Coleman of Louisville, and Susan Damron of Myrtle Beach, SC.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge, followed by burial at the Hill Crest Cemetery. Visitation will also be Tuesday, 11:00am-1:00pm at the funeral home.
