Marvin Baker

Marvin Baker was born February 1, 1932 in Owenton, Kentucky and passed away Sept. 24, 2020 in Edgewood, Kentucky at the age of 88.  He was the son of the late Walter and Ruby Baker.

Marvin was a retired machinist and formerly owned his own aluminum siding installation business.  He was also a former union steward and a professional billiards player.  In his free time, Marvin enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by his wife Ola Parson Baker.  In addition to his wife of 65+ years, he is survived by 4 daughters: Deborah Bowling (Doug) of Crittenden, Teresa Necamp (Ned) of Madeira, OH, Brenda Baker of Union and Tammie Sue Allen of Union; 8 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.

Marvin was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
