Marvin Jones Mullins

Marvin Jones Mullins, 68, of Dry Ridge, passed away February 1, 2025 surrounded by family.  He was born Tuesday, the 25th of September, 1956 in Indianapolis, IN.  He was the son of the late John and Helen Robinson Mullins.

Commonly known as "Marvo", Marvin was a carpenter, a farmer, an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed classic rock music, UK Basketball, telling jokes and was the life of any party.  His role as Dad, Papaw and friend will be his legacy.  He was known for being welcoming and inclusive.

Marvin leaves to cherish his memory, a daughter Natalie (Bill) Riggs.  He was Papaw to Madison Batton, William and Olivia Riggs.  His brothers Jim, John (Kathy), and Roger Mullins.  His sisters Judy (Gary) Knight, Glenna Jordan, Marie (Rodney) Arnold and Nancy (the late Danny) Sydnor.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Janice Dills and son Zach Mullins.  Special friends are Frankie Minch, Barry Martin and Gary Bowling.

Marvin's family would like to give special thanks to his home health team, St. Elizabeth Home Health Care; Rachel, Shannon, Scott and Debbie in particular gave him amazing care.

A celebration of life memorial visitation will be held Friday, February 14th, 2025, beginning at 4pm at the Farm Bureau Building, 486 Helton Rd., Williamstown, KY 41097.
