Mary Addilee Farmer

Mary Addilee Simpson Farmer of Silver Grove, KY was born December 29, 1932 in Ottawa, KY and died Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at her residence at the age of 90.

She was the daughter of the late Daniel James and Aretha Agnes Long Simpson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Locust Pike Pentecostal Church of God in Latonia, KY. On March 8, 1947 she was united in marriage to her husband, Orville Farmer, who preceded her in death in 2017. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Liescke , 2 sisters, Geneva Irene Miller and Ruth Bernice Cooper, and 3 brothers, Jack, Lawrence and Delmus Simpson.

Surviving is a daughter, Linda (Ron) Owens of Silver Grove; 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 19 great-great grandchildren; 3 great-great-great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Jessie Valerie Ward of Corbin; and 4 brothers, Tom Simpson of Goshen OH, James Simpson of Cincinnati, John Simpson of Cincinnati, and Freddie Simpson of Worthsville.

Funeral services will be at 11:30am Monday, October 16, 2023 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown KY followed by burial in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North. Visitation will also be Monday 10:00am-11:30am at the funeral home.
