Mary Janis Haralson

Mary Janice Haralson, 69, of Corinth, KY passed away Monday November 8, 2021 in Scott County, KY. Born November 23, 1951 in Haywood County, TN, she was the daughter of the late John (Jack) and Mary Lee Lynch Haralson.

She was a coordinator for Computer Technical Support at the University of Kentucky; previously she taught Mathematics at Bryan Station Jr. High. She loved fishing and feeding the birds. Computer skills were her greatest talent.  She was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Georgetown.

Survivors include her wife, whom she married on August 8, 2020, Judy Ann Simpson of Corinth; one daughter: Elizabeth (Matthew) Powell of Lexington, along with two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Georgetown with Mtr. Karen Booth officiating.
