Mary Lou Stamper

Mary Lou Cook Stamper of Dry Ridge, KY was born March 2, 1936 in Gardnersville, KY and died Monday, May 31, 2021 in Williamstown, KY at the age of 85.

She was the daughter of the late Clifford and Camilla Robinson Cook, a homemaker and former owner operator of Hy Ridge Mobile Home Park in Dry Ridge, and a member of the Sherman Baptist Church where for many years she was an active member of the WMU. On November 12, 1955 she was united in marriage to her husband Chester Ralph Stamper who preceded her in death in 1987.

Surviving is 2 sons, Greg (Regina) Stamper of Crittenden and Chad William (Stephanie) Stamper of Dry Ridge, 1 daughter, Theresa (Glyn) Martin of Union, 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 1 brother Ernie Cook of Union.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday, June 3, 2021 at the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge, KY followed by burial in the Hill Crest Cemetery. Visitation will also be Thursday 11:00-2:00 at the funeral home.
