Mary Kathleen Massie

Mary Kathleen "Kathy" Massie was born April 12, 1949 in Covington, Kentucky and passed away at her residence in Verona, Kentucky May 17, 2020 at the age of 71.  She was the daughter of the late Raymond and Mary Eva Allphin Massie.

Kathy was a cashier for Dry Ridge Walmart and formerly worked at Kings Island in Cincinnati.  She was a faithful member of the New Bethel Baptist Church in Verona.  She loved her horse and cats and enjoyed collecting dolls.

Kathy is survived by 2 sons: Dan Fulcher and Scott Fulcher both of Cincinnati; a daughter: Joelle Fulcher of Cincinnati; 3 brothers: William "Bill" Massie of Crittenden, Ricky Massie of Verona and Willbur Sutherland, Walton; and 2 sisters: Wanda Marie Webster (Pat) of Verona and Nancy Ruth Massie of Verona.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona.  Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the funeral home.  The burial will follow in the Hill Crest Cemetery.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the new reopening requirements we will be limiting our building occupancy to 33% of normal capacity, so please be prepared for a possible line as we will be monitoring the occupancy.  We will also be strictly adhering to the 6 feet social distancing requirements.  We will be requiring attendees to wear a face covering to attend visitations and services.
