Matthew was a senior at Gallatin Co. High School in Warsaw and was a member of the Varsity Football Team. He was a also a member of the Ghent Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, Matthew is survived by 2 brothers: Tony Jiles of Kentucky and Chris Rickett of Indiana; 3 sisters: Emma Rickett of Indiana, Elizabeth Rickett of Indiana and Tiffany Jiles of Sanders; Paternal Grandparents: Jean & Larry Griffith of Crittenden; Maternal Grandfather: James Morris of Sanders; 4 aunts: Linda Jiles of Warsaw, Billie Jo Lenear of Owenton, Wanda Dalhover of Sanders and Jamie Brooks of Big Bone; and 2 uncles: Joey Jiles of Warsaw and Phillip Dalhover of Sanders.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018 at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home in Verona. Visitation will be 11 AM - 2 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Napoleon Cemetery in Gallatin Co.
