Michael Ray Skinner

Michael Ray Skinner of Dry Ridge, KY was born August 7, 1971 in Covington, KY and died Sunday, December 5, 2021 in Knoxville, TN at the age of 50.

He was the son of the late James Charles and Betty Frances Rider Skinner, and a Black Jack Dealer at the Belterra and Grand Victoria Casinos. On August 4, 2008 he was united in marriage to his wife Tammy Ann McKeehan Skinner. He spent his life enjoying dirt track racing, casinos, and traveling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Gary Wayne Skinner and sister Margaret McCormick.

Surviving is his wife, Tammy Skinner of Dry Ridge; brother James Franklin (Lena) Skinner of Holbrook; sister, Debbie Mae Skinner of Williamstown; and sister-in-law, Darlene (the late, Gary Wayne) Skinner of Berry.

A memorial service will take place privately at the convenience of the family.
