Mildred Carolyn Cummins

Mildred Carolyn Cummins, 86, of Williamstown, KY, passed away Monday August 9, 2021 at her residence.  Born November 21, 1934 in Harrison County, she was the daughter of the late Hursel C. and Mary Ellen Dixon Dunn.

On January 7, 1956, Mildred was united in marriage to Edward Clayton. he preceded her in death on December 22, 2000. She had worked at Grant Manor where she served as Supervisor of Housekeeper.  She had a very special love for her family.  She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son: Mike (Kay) Cummins of Dry Ridge; two brothers: Robert Samuel (Patty) Dunn, Roscoe Gene (Sharon) Dunn, both of Berry, one sister: Ruby Katherine Auxier of Williamstown, along with one granddaughter: Kayla Michelle Cummins of Dry Ridge and a daughter-n-law: Donna Kay Cummins of Corinth.  She was preceded in death by a son: Ronnie W. Cummins and a brother: Harold Dunn.

Visitation will be Friday August 13, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Eckler – McDaniel Funeral Home in Dry Ridge.  Funeral services will begin at 2:00 with Bro. Devin Hurley officiating.  Burial will follow in Raven Creek Cemetery in Harrison County.
