Montee Lee Bates

Montee Lee Arnold Bates was born Mar 22, 1980 in Ft. Thomas, KY and passed away July 18, 2020 in Dry Ridge, KY at the age of 40.  She was the daughter of the late Tilden Wayne Arnold and Monica Pettit Schneider.

Montee was a registered nurse for Pediatric Associated for 18+ years. She was also a member of the Williamstown Baptist Church.  She enjoyed gardening and loved her flowers.  She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

On May 11, 2002 Montee was united in marriage to Daniel Scott Bates.  In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter: Josie Lee Bates of Dry Ridge; a son: Ethan Bates of Dry Ridge; a brother: Dale (Jennifer) Arnold of Crittenden; her stepfather: Steve Schneider of Dry Ridge; father & mother-in-law: Dan and Sue Bates of Dry Ridge; Niece and Nephew: Katelyn & Joe Arnold of Crittenden; Aunt & Uncle: Mike and Patsy Wright of Dry Ridge; Special Friend: Erin Colson of Williamstown; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00 PM Thursday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown.  Funeral services will be private at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Hill Crest Cemetery.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Montee Bates Memorial fund in care of the funeral home.
