She was a retired restaurant cashier for several restaurants and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Winter Haven, FL.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Harold West Jenkins in 2012. She is survived by 2 daughters: Diana Rutan-Seaman (Ted) of LaGrange and Connie Jean Colson (Tracey) of Benton; 2 sons: Timothy Ray Rutan (Kathy) of Pensacola, FL and Michael Lee Rutan (Sue) of Jamestown, IN; 2 brothers: Clifford Wayne "Jack" Belcher (Ann) of Fayette, IN and Neddie Jo Belcher (Carol) of Fayette, IN; 12 Grandchildren: Richie, Chad, Shawn, Jamie, Debra, Derek, Cody, Brandi, Shannon, Jennifer, Justin, and Scott; 22 Great Grandchildren; and 2 family friends: Michelle Reynolds and Lenny Wilson.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, October 1, 2018 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Turner Ridge Cemetery.
