Patsy Carol Stith

Patsy Carol (O’Neill) Stith, a resident of Dry Ridge, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ft. Thomas, KY at the age of 76.

Patsy was born on January 23, 1944 to the late Lee and Wilma (Day) O’Neill. She was united in marriage on June 27, 1964 to the love of her life, the late Gerald Stith.  From this union was born three sons.  Jeffrey W. (Leslie) Stith of Dry Ridge, KY, Gregory A. Stith of Dry Ridge, KY, Kevin D. (Jessica) Stith of Georgetown, KY.  In addition to her children, she is survived by five grandchildren, Kristin, Erica, Marcus, McCarron and Reagan, and two great grandchildren Oliver and Sawyer, along with two brothers, Marvin O’Neill of Union, KY, Larry (Connie) O’Neill of Dry Ridge, KY,  and one sister in law Linda O’Neill of Walton, KY, and three brother in-laws Benton (Belva) Stith of Panama City, Florida, Jerry Stith of Dry Ridge, KY and Larry(Patty) Stith of Dry Ridge, KY.  She was preceded in death by her brother Bobby Lee O’Neill.

Patsy loved wood working and making crafts. The one thing she loved the most was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Patsy was the most amazing mother, adored and loved Mamaw, a sister and friend. She will be forever sadly missed but fondly remembered by all whom knew and loved her.

Patsy was also member of the Dry Ridge Baptist Church.

Because of Governor’s orders, we will be having a rolling visitation from the safety of your vehicle. Please do NOT exit your vehicle or stop.  You are asked to drive through our facility carport and pay your final respects to the family from your vehicle.  Please feel free to leave an online condolence on our website.  Because of this outdoor visitation, the family asks that memorial contributions be made instead of flowers.  Memorial donations are requested to the St. Elizabeth, Ft. Thomas ICU Staff, c/o Stanley Funeral Homes, P.O. Box 130, Williamstown, KY 41097.  The outdoor rolling visitation will be held Friday, April 24, 2020 from 11:00am-12:45pm.  Graveside services will also be Friday at 1:00 pm at the Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge, KY. Bro. Steve Kellam will be officiating services.
