Pauline Hamlin

Pauline Coomer Hamlin was born Sept. 15, 1943 in Kenton Co., Kentucky and passed away May 13, 2020 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 76.  She was the daughter of the late Harlan and Stella Byrd Coomer.

Pauline was preceded in by 2 husbands: Kenneth Scott and Gary Hamlin.  Additionally, she was preceded in death by a daughter: Paula Gail Lane; 3 brothers: Eugene Coomer, Shirley Coomer and Frank Coomer; and 3 sisters: Edna Sipple, Wanda Ellis and Mary Huff.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Church.  Later in life, Pauline enjoyed playing Bingo.  She will be remembered by her family for her giving and loving nature.  She was always taking care of others before herself.

She is survived by 2 sons: Kenneth Dale Scott (Anita Jane) of Williamstown and Billy Gene Scott of Corinth; a daughter: Angela Susan Thorpe of Williamstown;  7 grandchildren: Kenneth Lane, Amanda Tharpe, Amy Tharpe, Joshua Tharpe, Colton Wilson, Christopher McGuire, and Leonard Scott; and 2 great grandchildren: Caleb Proffit and Avery Proffit.

Private services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
