Peggy Louise Lewis

Peggy Louise Lewis of Williamstown, Kentucky, was born February 16, 1933, in St. Louis, Missouri, and died at her residence on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at the age of ninety-one.

Peggy was the daughter of the late George and Ruby Neal Wingate. She was retired from the Grant County School System, a member of the Mason Baptist Church, the Grant County Homemakers, the Red Hat Society, and TOPS. On July 16, 1955, she was united in marriage to her late husband,  Leo Edward Lewis, who preceded her in death in 1991. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Matthew Lewis.

Surviving is her son, Bruce (Sue) Lewis; Cynthia Jane Lewis; three grandchildren: Clark (Christian) Bruce, Joel (Tory) Lewis, and Sarah Jump; one great granddaughter, Lainey Lewis; brother Jack (Jan) Wingate; and sister, Linda (David) Rufft.

A memorial service will be held at the Evendale Recreation Department, 10500 Reading Road, Evendale, OH 45241, on Monday, December 30th, 2024. Visitation with the family will be held from 4:30-6:00 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 6:00 pm.
