He was the son of the late Nelson Edward and Roxann Webster Hopper.

Surviving is his wife Mariny SOS (Hopper) of Centerville, TX; 1 son, Aaron Hopper; 1 daughter, Ariana Hopper; 1 brother, Russell Edward Hopper; and 2 sisters, Samantha Hopper and Sheena Hopper.

Private family burial took place Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the Webster Family Cemetery, Knoxville-Gardnersville RD. Dry Ridge, KY.
