Mr. Randal Dean Lower of Williamstown, KY. passed away Sunday, September 2 at home at the age of 75. Mr. Lower was born May 4, 1943 in Pendleton County, KY. to the late Homer Lower and Dorothy G. Adams Lower. Mr. Lower was a retired truck driver and a member of the Revive Church in Dry Ridge, KY.

Mr. Lower is survived by his wife: Debbie Crockett Lower, 2 daughters: Becky Lower Sandlin of Williamstown, KY. and Marlana Lower Hamblin of Williamstown, KY., 3 grandsons: Bo Hunter Cobb, Ty Nathaniel Hamblin and Greyson Dean Sandlin all of Williamstown, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Randal Dean Lower will be conducted 2:00 pm Thursday, September 6 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge, with Bro. Matt Hall officiating. Visitation will be there on Thursday from 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm. Burial will be in the Broadridge Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY.
