Randall Allen Moore

Randall Allen Moore was born April 3, 1949 in Covington, Kentucky and passed away suddenly May 7, 2024 at his residence at the age of 75.  He was the son of the late Randall Kenneth and Anna Mae Haley Moore.

Randy was an Auctioneer and owner of Kannady & Moore Auctioneers.  He was a member of Mt. Olivet Christian Church in Williamstown where he served as Elder.  He was also a member of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association and Grant County Cattleman's Association for many years.  In addition to being an auctioneer, Randy also had several hobbies.  In his younger days he enjoyed working on and repairing cars. He loved spending time on his farm and raising cattle.  But his greatest enjoyment in life came from his family and especially camping with his wife.

Randy lived his life in such a way that he leaves a lasting legacy for his family of God first followed by family and others. Randy will be remembered as a man of faith who truly walked in the light of the Lord. He exemplified what it means to be a follower of Christ. He was a man of integrity, dignity, strength and loyalty. As a faithful servant of God, he committed his life to others. He served with humility and loved deeply and fully. He was many things to many people--a loving husband, dad and papaw, a colleague, a fellow church member, a role model and a friend.

On June 21, 1969 Randy was united in marriage to the love of his life, Martha Mae Bonar Moore.  In addition to his wife of almost 55 years he is survived by two sons: Craig Allen (Shannon) Moore of Falmouth and Todd Kenneth (Sheliah) Moore of Williamstown; and seven grandchildren: Ali Michelle Moore, Clint (Sara) Moore, Jackson Moore, Brayden Moore, Kasey Moore, Tyler Stockton and Morgan Purcell.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Rick Moore, in 2023.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Mt. Olivet Christian Church, 400 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, KY  41097.  Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Mt. Olivet Christian Church.  Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery.
