Robert Lee Moffett

Robert Lee Moffett, a Crittenden resident, passed away at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Grant County on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at the age of 86.  He was the husband of the late Barbara Haynes Moffett.

Mr. Moffett was born on Oct. 17, 1934 in Shelbyville, KY to the late Leonard and Susie Miller Moffett.  He joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served our great nation for several years.  He was a farmer most of his life and worked for the UK Ag. Experiment Farm in Owenton, KY.  When Mr. Moffett wasn't farming he was typically found fishing, which was his favorite hobby.

Mr. Moffett is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Moffett of Crittenden, KY, Marritta Wade of St. Petersburg, FL and one sister Waldine Moffett of Crittenden, KY.

Memorials services will be conducted privately and at the convenience of the family.
