Robert W. Powell

Robert W. Powell was born in Covington on November 27, 1957 to the late Earl and Irene Pugh Powell and passed away at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Florence at the age of 64.

On May 9, 1984, Bobby married Nancy Marie Draper.  In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by three sons: Terry Powell of Falmouth, Charles Readnour and Robert Readnour both of Williamstown; one daughter: Teresa Powell of Dry Ridge; two brothers: Eddie Powell of Danville and Dale Powell of Williamstown; two sisters: Sherry Courtney and Betty Ricker both of Danville; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  A sister, Marilyn Abney preceded him in death.

Mr. Powell was a member of Lexington Baptist Church.  He was an electrician with Gotech Manufacturing in Williamstown.  When he wasn’t at work he loved working on cars and his home.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
