Rodney "Dwayne" Vest

Rodney "Dwayne" Vest of Verona, KY was born Wednesday, June 15, 1966 in Covington, KY and died Thursday, December 26, 2024 at his residence at the age of 58 years.

Rodney was Preceded in death by his wife, Nancy "Janie" Bowling Vest and his father, Clarence Rodney Vest. After Janie’s passing, he dedicated his time to being a full-time caregiver to his step-daughter Shonda.

Surviving is his mother, Norma Jean Locke Vest of Verona; step-daughter, Shonda Rene Biddle of Elsmere; two sisters, Jeannine Rohrkasse of Independence and Jennifer Cook of Verona; and nieces and nephews, Alexa, Brady and Ashton.

Funeral services will be at 3:00pm, Monday December 30, 2024 at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona, KY followed by burial in the New Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will also be Monday 1:00-3:00pm at the funeral home.
