Ronald Eugene Goins

Ronald Eugene Goins was born March 8, 1954 in Covington, Kentucky and passed away May 7, 2022 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 68.  He was the son of the late Etha Jane Lee Goins and Aulton Eugene Goins, I.

Ronnie, as he is known by his family and friends, was a retired Assembly Tech with Dana in Dry Ridge.  Ronnie was a jack of all trades and could do anything.  He previously worked as a carpenter and built many barns throughout Grant County, an over the road truck driver, and as a Supervisor at Grant County Foods in Dry Ridge.  In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.

On June 16, 2018 Ronnie was united in marriage to Donna Sue McNay.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by 4 daughters: Betty Jane Hunt (Douglas) of Dry Ridge, Crystal Lynn Went of Dry Ridge, Katherine Wagers (Michael) of Warsaw and Mackenzie Dawn Haynes of Crittenden; a brother: Rickey Goins of Liberty, TX; 4 sisters: Helen Clark (Joe) of Berry, Kay Wilson (Alan) of Williamstown, Donna Rose of Corinth and Julia Hornsby of Williamstown; and 7 grandchildren: Kaitlyn Howard, Tristan Hunt (Rachel), Cheyenne Howard, Wyatt Hunt, Kristopher Wagers, Mekaylah Wagers and Brantley Shuler.

Ronnie was preceded in death by a son, Aulton Eugene Goins, II in 2015, and by 2 sisters, Diane Hamlin and Terry Ann Goins.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, May 13, 2022 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown.  Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00 PM, Thursday, at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Williamstown Cemetery.
