Ronald Lee Helton

Ronald Lee Helton was born on May 20, 1966 in Cincinnati, OH and passed away, October 31, 2024 in Edgewood, KY at the age of 58.  He was the son of the late Clifford and Marilyn Rosemary Lindsey Helton.

Ronnie was a supervisor at Walmart, and was a self-taught mechanic who spent many hours repairing anything with an engine.  He loved going to the beach and fishing in Florida and spending time with his sons and grandchildren.  He was always willing to lend a helping hand in any way he could.  The loving phrase: “Ronnie to the rescue” was spoken many times because he would stop whatever he was doing and move into action if someone needed help.

His loving wife of 33 years, Donna June Breeden Helton preceded him in death earlier this year on March 13, 2024.

Ronnie is survived by two sons, Josh Roberts of Williamstown, KY, Virgil Roberts of Jonesville, KY;   two brothers, Cecil Helton of Zepher Hills, FL, Clifford Helton, Jr. of Erlanger, KY; five grandchildren, Morgan Holder, Corbin Roberts, Jace Roberts,, Holden Roberts, Stevie Ligon and one great grandchild, McKinley Holder.

In addition to his wife, Ronnie was preceded in death by his sister, Rhonda Helton.

A Memorial Service will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, November 22, 2024 at My Old Kentucky Barn, 314 South Main Street, Williamstown, KY 41097
