Ronnie Ray Merrill

Ronnie Ray Merrill of Dry Ridge, KY was born February 21, 1974 in Covington, KY and died Sunday, February 12, 2023 at his residence at the age of 48 years.

He was the son of Billy Ray and Sharon Marie Nickell Merrill of Dry Ridge, and a maintenance man for the Flying J Truck Stop in Richwood. On June 16, 2000 he was united in marriage to his wife Barbara Jean Dallas who preceded him in death in 2015.

Surviving are 1 son, Nicholas Merrill of Dry Ridge; 3 daughters, Kendra Shinn of Covington, Makayla Merrill of Williamstown, and Beth Merrill of Dry Ridge; 3 grandchildren; parents, Billy and Sharon Merrill of Dry Ridge; 1 sister, Melinda Dallas of Independence; and 2 brothers, Troy Merrill of Taylor Mill and Jason Merrill of Florence.

Funeral services will be at 2:00pm Thursday, February 16, 2023 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Crittenden, KY followed by burial in the Hill Crest Cemetery. Visitation will also be Thursday 11:00am-2:00pm at the funeral home.
