Ruth Inez Taylor

Ruth Inez Wilson Taylor of Verona, KY was born November 19, 1942 in McQueary County, KY and died Friday, June 24, 2022 at her residence at the age of 79.

She was the daughter of the late Ale and Alberta Daughtry Wilson, she was a homemaker and former clerical worker for the Gap and a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church. In March of 1959 she was united in marriage to her husband Howard Neal Taylor. In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her 4 brothers, Bud Wilson, Roger Wilson, Carol Wilson and Clabe Wilson, and 2 sisters, Juanita Neal and Wanda Heath.

Surviving is her husband, Howard Neal Taylor of Verona and 2 sons, Howard Ronnie Taylor and Douglas Michael Taylor both of Verona.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona followed by burial in the New Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will also be Wednesday, 11:00am-1:00pm at the funeral home.
