Sandra Kay Emerson

Sandra Kay Moore Emerson of Williamstown, KY was born February 4, 1950 in Coshocton, OH and died Friday, September 6, 2019 at her residence at the age of 69 years.

She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Annabelle Wright Moore. She was a former general manager for Days Inn, Ft. Wright, KY, a homemaker, and a member of the Williamstown Baptist Church. On November 26, 2004 she was united in marriage to her husband, Darrell Lee Emerson. In addition to her parents, Sandra was also preceded in death by 1 son, James Broadwater.

Surviving is her husband, Darrell Emerson of Williamstown, KY; 1 son, Larry Broadwater of Barnesville, OH; 3 daughters, Brenda Emerson of Williamstown, KY, Jennifer Emerson of Liberty, KY and Kimberly Roberts of Williamstown, KY; 2 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Edward Moore of Colquitt, GA; 1 sister, Shirley Wright of Coshocton, OH; and a sister-in-law, Teresa Tomas of Waltown, KY.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home Williamstown, KY followed by burial in the Hill Crest Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00am-1:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the St. Elizabeth Home Hospice.
