Shiela Ray Smith

Shiela Ray Adkins Smith was born in Covington, KY on April 15, 1949 and passed away in Erlanger, KY on November 3, 2022 at the age of 73.  She was the daughter of the late Raymond Adkins and Agnes Alexander Hopper.

On May 17, 1968, Shiela was united in marriage to William Henry Smith who preceded her in death on March 30, 2001.  Their only son, William Ray Smith also preceded her in death along with several brothers and sisters.

Shiela is survived by 3 sisters; Debbie (Richard) Teaford of Highland Heights, KY, Linda Smith-Bidwell of Bromley, KY, Rita Warren of Georgia, 2 nephews; Tyler Smith of Bromley, KY, Matt Teaford of Pennsylvania, a niece, Kimberly Warren-Orza of Florida, and a great nephew, Keegan Lee Smith also of Bromley, KY.

Funeral services for Mrs. Smith will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, November 7, 2022 at Hamilton Stanley Funeral Home in Verona, KY.  Visitation will be from 12:00 PM, November 7, 2022 until time of services at Hamilton Stanley Funeral Home, Verona, KY.  Burial will follow at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
