Shirley Mae Ferguson of Williamstown, Kentucky

July 20, 1937 - January 24, 2019

Shirley Mae Ferguson , 81, passed away Thursday January 24, 2019 at the Grant Center. Born July 20, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Aline Hutcherson Baker.

Shirley retired from Walmart in Dry Ridge, where she worked in the Deli Department. She enjoyed spending time gardening her flowers. She was a member of Sherman Church of Christ.

Survivors include one son: Johnny Ferguson of Corinth, KY; one daughter: Darlene Johnson of Dry Ridge; two grandchildren: Tony Johnson and Pam Cain and two great-grandchildren: Justin Cain and Hailey Cain. She was preceded in death by one brother: Earl Baker and two sisters: Ann Demeree and Mary Ruth Jones.

Visitation will be Tuesday January 29, 2018 at Sherman Church of Christ beginning at 12 Noon and going till the time of the funeral at 2:00. Bro. Scotty Simpson will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Jason Cain, Justin Cain, Tony Johnson, Jeff Melton, Dave Simpson, Mike Melton and Johnny Ferguson.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family in Shirley's memory.
