Shirley Ann Scroggins

Shirley Ann Willoughby Scroggins was born on September 26, 1945 in Williamstown, KY and passed away on October 14, 2019 in Williamstown, KY at the age of 74.  She was the daughter of the late Shirley and Margaret Merrill Willoughby and the wife of the late Al Wayne Scroggins.

Mrs. Scroggins was a homemaker and a member of the God’s Community Church.  She loved the outdoors, flowers, bird watching, and shopping.

Shirley is survived by her son, Tim (Lisa) Cramer of Dry Ridge, KY; two daughters, Karla (Jackie) Wooten of Dry Ridge, Lynda (Terry) Upton of Jamestown, ND; her sister Darlene Rich of Walton; her brother Alan Willoughby; 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Scroggins was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Sue Scroggins, a sister Beverly Green, and a brother, Vernon Willoughby.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Friday, October 18, 2019 at Elliston Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY.  Funeral services will be Friday at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Bro. Jackie Wooten officiating.  Burial will follow at the Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.
