Shirley Ann Twaddell

Shirley Ann Twaddell of Florence, KY formerly of Grant County, KY was born June 4, 1946 in Dry Ridge, KY and died Tuesday, January 24, 2023 in Union, KY at the age of 76 years.

She was the daughter of the late Thomas Eddie and Alice Pearl Atha Pernell, she was a retired waitress with the Burnes Brothers Truck Stop, and on July 4 1964 she was united in marriage to her late husband Albert Richard Twaddell who preceded her in death in 2002. In addition to her parents and husband, Shirley was also preceded in death by a son, Albert Richard Twaddell, Jr. and a daughter, Alice Rachelle Twaddell.

Surviving is 3 daughters, Tia Jensen of West Richland, Washington, Valetia Moreno of Delaware, Ohio, and Tonya McGriff of Florence, Kentucky; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and 3 brothers Jackie Pernell of Union, Kentucky, Donnie Branum of Sanders, Kentucky, and Rickie Pernell of Florence, Kentucky.

A private family memorial service will take place at the convenience of the family.
