Stellar Bernice Meyers

Stellar Bernice Beach Meyers was born Nov. 12, 1931 in Grant County, Kentucky and passed away March 7, 2025 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 93.  She was the last of 15 children born to the late Ernest and Stellar Ashcraft Beach.

Bernice was a professor at NKU and a former hospital administrator.  She was a faithful member of the Elliston Baptist Church where she was a member of the WMU.  She was also a former member of the Grant County Historical Society.  In her free time, Bernice could always be found reading a book and was a lifelong learner.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Peter Meyers, in 2002.  In addition, she was preceded in death by 11 brothers, Avery Milton Beach, Ronald Cantrill Beach, Randolph Eckler Beach, Woodrow Wilson Beach, Ernest Atwood Beach, Willard Henry Beach, Noble Leroy Beach, Wendell Cordell Beach, Kenneth Anthony Beach, Glenn Eldon Beach and Marvin Elery Beach; and 3 sisters: Alma J. Beach, Glendola D. Beach and Evelyn Marie Beach.

She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Elliston Baptist Church on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
