Steven David Tackett, 59, of Lexington, KY, passed away Wednesday March 8, 2023 in Nicholasville, KY. Born on Wednesday June 26, 1963 in Covington, KY, he was the son of the late Carl Benton and Evelyn Gladys Brewster Tackett.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death a brother: Kenneth Tackett. He is survived by two brothers: Benton L. Tackett of Portage, Michigan, James Tackett of the Carolinas and one sister: Phyllis Tackett of Portage, Michigan.
