Susan Evans Rankin

Susan Evans Rankin of the Florence area was born June 15, 1935 in Syracuse, NY and died Sunday, February 5, 2023 in Ft. Thomas, KY at the age of 87 years.

She was the daughter of the late Giles Thompson and Dorothy Wilmarth Evans. She was a retired high school teacher of AP English, with the Boone County School District, and an elder with the Florence Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Lal M. Rankin.

Surviving is one son, Mark Rankin of Verona, KY; two daughters, Lorel Studer of Ft. Thomas, KY and Keller Rankin of Florence, KY; and four grandchildren.
