Terry Allen Osborne

Terry Allen Osborne of Dry Ridge, KY was born December 9, 1953 in Jonesville, KY and died Tuesday, November 13, 2018 in Dry Ridge, KY at the age of 64.  Terry was the son of the late Otis and Ella Mae Kinman Osborne.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 4 siblings, Leroy, Phillip, Donald and Doris Osborne.

He spent his life serving his communities.  He was a former volunteer with the Dry Ridge Fire Department, a former employee with the Grant County Ambulance Service, and he had a law enforcement career with Dry Ridge Police, Walton Police, Boone County Police, Boone County Sheriffs Office where he retired as a Detective, and the Grant County Sheriffs Office where he retired as a Sergeant. Terry was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and the Dry Ridge Baptist Church.

Surviving is 1 son, David (Terissa) Osborne of Dry Ridge; 1 daughter, Jennine Mae Osborne of Pittsburgh, PA; 2 sisters, Norma Hedges of Dry Ridge and Peggy Alexander of Florence; 7 grandchildren, Erika (J.P.) Osborne Niemeier, Tyler Osborne, Courtney Jo Nagy, Coleton Nagy, Carissa Osborne, Christopher Osborne, and Carley Osborne; and 1 great-grandchild, Tayden Niemeier.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown with burial to follow in the Hill Crest Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00-9:00pm Friday, November 16, 2018 and Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm at the funeral home.
