Terry Lynn Sanders

Mrs. Terry Lynn King Sanders, a Crittenden resident, passed away at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ft. Thomas, KY on October 2, 2024 at the age of 62.  She was the wife of Danny Sanders.

Terry was born on Feb. 18, 1962 to the late Edsel King and Mary Jo Newsom.  Terry was formerly a hairdresser but home is where she spent most of her life dedicating each day to volunteer work for organizations such as cub scouts, boy scouts, Crittenden Elementary School, Grant County Rescue Team and the Crittenden Auxiliary Fire Department.  Terry loved singing gospel and country music and loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by one son, Justin (Ashley) Sanders of West Palm Beach, FL, one daughter Emily Jo Sanders of Crittenden, KY, half brothers, Larry and Ronald Johnston and sister Theresa Dian Gordon.  She was preceded in death by one son, James Walker Sanders, one brother, Jeffrey E. King and half sister Sammie Johnston Meredith.

A Celebration of Life Memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home of Crittenden, KY will be handling arrangements.
