Thelma Faulkner Henry

Thelma Gertrude Faulkner Henry was born February 15, 1925 and passed away March 14, 2024 in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky at the age of 99.  She was the daughter of the late Herbert and Elsie Faulkner.

On December 16, 1949, Thelma was united in marriage to Richard "Jack" Henry; he preceded her in death on July 9, 2008. Spending time in her vegetable garden and refinishing furniture were among her favorite pastimes, along with taking an interest in studying history; she also had a special love for Bluegrass music. Thelma was a homemaker and a longtime member of Sherman Baptist Church.

On December 16, 1949, Thelma was united in marriage to Richard "Jack" Henry, who preceded her in death in 2008.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard Keith Henry and several brothers and sisters.

Thelma is survived by two grandchildren: Owen (Jeana) Henry of Independence and Laura (Javier) Perez of  Coral Springs, Florida and four great-grandchildren: Scott, Katherine, Jack and Elliot.

Visitation will be Tuesday March 19, 2024 from 4:00 - 8:00p.m. at Stanley Funeral Homes, Williamstown.  Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday morning March 20 at 11:00 with Rev. David Tucker officiating. Afterwards, she will be laid to rest beside her husband, Jack, in Williamstown Cemetery.
