Thelma Begley Wampler

Thelma Begley Wampler of Lynch, KY was born Monday, March 30, 1936 in Lynch, KY and died Friday, September 15, 2023 in Ft. Thomas, KY at the age of 87 years.

She was the daughter of the late Holly Harance and Flora Walden Begley. On June 23, 1956 she united in marriage to her husband Cossie Basil Wampler, who preceded her in death on February 11, 2010. She was a homemaker, loved working in her flowers, celebrating the holidays, and watching the Kentucky Wildcats.

Surviving is her daughter, Holly Renee (Aaron) Pelfrey of Dry Ridge, KY; her son, Gregory Basil (Debbie) Wampler of Benham, KY; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 1 great great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown followed by burial in the Hill Crest Cemetery. Visitation will also be Wednesday 11:00am-1:00pm at the funeral home.
