Timothy Wayne Wilson

Mr. T. Wayne Wilson, a Walton resident, passed away at his residence on Monday, February 22, 2021 at the age of 55.  He was the husband of Jetta Marcum Wilson.

Wayne was an auto mechanic all of his life.  He was a member of the Big Bone Baptist Church.  He enjoyed playing the guitar, singing bluegrass music, flower gardening, loved tools and never found anything broken he couldn't fix.

In addition to his wife Jetta of 30 years, Wayne is survived by one son, Dustin (Stephanie) Wilson of Mansfield, OH, one step son, Christopher (Claire) Boston of Maysville, KY, one daughter, Rhanda (Vernon) Roach of Bowling Green, KY, one step daughter, Clarissa (Dugger) Traylor of Walton, KY, one daughter in law, Melissa Boston of Morehead, KY, five brothers, Donnie Wilson of Mansfield, OH, Roy Wilson of Mt. Vernon, OH, Denny Wilson of Morehead, KY, Herbie Wilson of Fleminsburg, KY, Johnnie Wilson of Morehead, KY, one sister, Nina Workman of Morehead, KY, half brother, Jeff Conley of Morehead, KY, 3 half sisters, Marlena Wilson of Richmond, KY, Mary Wellman of Morehead, KY, Crystal Rexroad of Morehead, KY, twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  Wayne was preceded in death by two brothers, Kirby and Jimmy Wilson, sister Debbie Sloan and sister in law, Gwena Trammell.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 12noon-2pm at the Hamilton Stanley Funeral Home in Verona, KY.  Funeral will start at 2pm.  Dr. Keenan Braden will be officiating services. Burial will follow at the Richwood Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Richwood, KY.   Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Athens, AL.
