Wayne Franklin Draper

Wayne Franklin Draper was born October 12, 1932 in Williamstown, Kentucky and passed away November 16, 2019 in Edgewood, Kentucky at the age of 87.  He was the son of the late Shelby Thomas and Elma Florence Vastine Draper.

Wayne was a retired Machine Operator for Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Lexington and was a member of First Love in Dry Ridge.  He was also a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by his cousin: Carolyn Rose (Roy) of Williamstown; 2 sons: Michael Wayne Draper and Russell Bryan Draper; a daughter: Virginia Gail Speakman; and several grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Monday, November 25, 2019 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown.  Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.  Burial with military honors will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North in Williamstown.
