Wiley Michael Whiteker

Wiley Michael Whiteker, a Owenton resident, passed away at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Florence, KY on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at the age of 68. He was the husband of the late Nancy Brinkman Whiteker and Lori Kay Hauser.

Michael was born on May 27, 1956 to the late Eddie Jackson Whiteker and Euelta Fern Buckley Whiteker.  He was owner/operator of Whiteker Contracting all his life. His passions were fishing, shooting pool and was a jack-of-all trades whom could fix and repair almost anything.  In his free time he loved to spend time with his family and grandchildren.

Michael is survived by two sons, Ben (Lyndi) Whiteker, Adam (Sarah) Whiteker, three daughters, Michelle (Gary) Cox, Stephanie (Brian) Trammel, Carrie (Michael) Cox, two brothers, C. Keith Whiteker, Jackie (Susie) Whiteker, one sister, Karen (Randy) Collins, eleven grandchildren and one great grandson.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, Garry Whiteker, Larry Whiteker and one sister, Leanna Brown.

A celebration of life memorial visitation will be held at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 from 5-7 with the memorial service starting at 7pm.  Rev. "Milkweed" Wotier will be officiating services.
