William Charles Mcmullen

Mr. William 'Bill' Charles McMullen, a Williamstown resident, passed away at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY on March 5, 2021 at the age of 84.  He was the husband of Henrietta Helton McMullen.

William was born in Middlesboro, KY on March 28, 1936 to the late William Charles McMullen and Eliza Wallace McMullen.  He was a former machine operator for GE and a farmer for most of his life. William loved fishing and hunting, collecting tools and knives, was a handyman whom could build and fix almost anything.  He loved woodworking and perfecting his carpentry skills.  He enjoyed attending auctions while trading or bartering.

In addition to his wife Henrietta of 62 years, William is survived by one son, W. Rodney (Kathy) McMullen of Cincinnati, OH and one sister Jessie Helton of Wooster, OH.  William is preceded in death by three brothers, Ray, Chester and Ron McMullen, and one sister, Ofey Wilson.

Visitation will be Friday, March 12, 2021 from 11am-1pm at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY. Funeral services will be at 1pm.  Rev. Mark Messmore will be officiating services.  Burial will follow at the Williamstown Cemetery in Williamstown, KY.
