William "Billy" L. Wright

William L. “Billy” Wright of Williamstown, KY and formerly of Corinth, KY was born Friday, February 5, 1943 in Owenton, KY and died Friday, June 16, 2023 at his residence at the age of 80 years.

He was the son of the late Joseph and Ama Catherine Mason Wright. He was a retired machine operator for Phillips Driscopipe Inc. in Williamstown, as well as being an avid outdoors-man, enjoying hunting, fishing and gardening. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Colleen Jeanette New Wright.

Surviving are 2 sons, Jonathon (Marlo) James of Morrow, OH and Thomas Wright of Corinth; 2 daughters, Tracy (Chris) Webster of Independence and Stacy (Mike) Bosse of Independence; 11 grandchildren; and 1 brother, Bruce (Rhonda) Wright of Corinth.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday, June 22, 2023 at the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth, KY. Visitation will also be Thursday 12:00-2:00pm at the funeral home.
