William "Bill" Reed Byrd

On April 6, 1958, Bill was born in Covington, KY to Alma Owens Byrd and the late Mack Byrd. Bill was united in marriage to Brenda Renner and from this union was born, and survived by, one son, Nick Byrd of Crittenden, KY, and one daughter, Heather Byrd of Independence, KY. Bill was preceded in death by his sister Anita Byrd. In addition to his wife and children, Bill is survived by his mother, Alma Byrd of Crittenden and brother James "Jim"Byrd (Debra) of Florence, KY.
Bill was a member of the Crittenden Baptist Church, had a passion for hunting, fishing, loved his dogs, and was a huge U.K. Basketball fan.
Visitation will be Friday, October 19, 2018 from 10am-12 noon at the Crittenden Baptist Church in Crittenden, KY. Funeral services will be at 12 noon. Pastor Doug Miller will be officiating the services. Burial will be in the East Bend Cemetery in Union, KY. Memorials are suggested to the Crittenden Baptist Church. Elliston Stanley Funeral Home of Crittenden will be handling services.
