William E. Hall

October 5, 1934 — April 19, 2024

William Everette Hall , 89, of Falmouth, KY, entered his eternal home on Friday April 19, 2024 at the home of his daughter, Crystal Cook, surrounded by his loving family. Born on October 5, 1934, in Somerset, KY, he was the son of the late James Harim and Dolly Isabelle (Freeman) Hall.

For many years, he worked as a Machinist at State Machine Products Co. located in Dry Ridge.  William was a man of faith who placed his trust in his Lord.  He will be remembered as a man of few words but when he spoke, because he spoke from wisdom and knowledge, everyone listened. He enjoyed the simple things in life; he was an avid bird watcher, he loved spending time with family and friends, enjoying the country life taking in the peace and quietness of the day. He was proud of the guns he had collected over the years and at an early age he took up photography.

Those left to carry on his legacy include: four daughters: Crystal (Jason) Cook of Williamstown, KY, Darlene Hall of Dry Ridge, KY, Dinah (William) Gibson of Crown Point, IN, Sarah Mills, along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He was one of 10 children, only one sister survives: Gayle Hall. He was preceded in death by three sons: Kim Hall, Timothy Hall, Rex Hall; three brothers: Jerry Hall, Vola Ray Hall, Jim Hall and five sisters: Thelma Smith, Freeda Murphey, Elsie Phelps, Juanita Sumpter and Della Stuttler.

In honor of William’s desire, he will be cremated and a Celebration of his life will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family.

Stanley Funeral Homes – Williamstown is honored to handle his arrangements and carry out his final wishes.
