William Randall Phillips

William Randall Phillips was born in Stuttgart, Germany on February 13, 1972 and passed away at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood at the age of 49.  He was the son of the late Ruth Ellen Waller Phillips.

Randall is survived by his daughter, Brenna Nolte of Dry Ridge, his brother, Russell Phillips of Erlanger and his nephew, Justin Phillips.  An electrician by trade, he was recently a truck driver for TLD in Georgetown.  He enjoyed working on old cars and was a lifelong NASCAR fan.

Visitation will be Noon – 1:00 PM, Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown.  The funeral will follow at 1:00 PM and burial will be in the Highlands Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
