Wilma Jean Rhoades Mcintosh Greene

Wilma Jean Rhoades McIntosh Greene, 93, of Williamstown, KY, died on Tuesday February 14, 2023 at Grant County Healthcare and Rehab Center.  Born on Friday September 27, 1929 in Indianapolis, IN, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lula Mae Rhoades.

Wilma was united in marriage to James Greene; he preceded her in death. She had a wide variety of experiences in life; for many years she worked as a nurse for Dr. William Waller in Walton. Afterwards, because her husband was an over-the road truck driver (OTR) she learned to drive a semi-truck and traveled alongside her husband across the country. Being an all-around caregiver, proved to bring her much satisfaction, whether it be taking care of the elderly or working in a kennel tending to and lovingly caring for dogs or cats. However, she will best be remembered for her lifelong love for Coca-Cola.

She leaves to carry on her legacy, one daughter: Beanna (Randy) Bixler of Williamstown, KY: one son: Jimmy (Barbara) McIntosh of Dayton, OH; her last surviving sibling: Norma Oakes of Indiana, along with six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.  She was preceded in death by a precious grandson: Randall "Clint"  Bixler on March 17, 2007.

Burial will be Friday February 17, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Covington, KY  41015.
