Yvonne Duncan Chapman

Cordie Yvonne Duncan Chapman was born December 12, 1934 in Glencoe, Kentucky and passed away January 14, 2022 in Edgewood, Kentucky at the age of 87.  She was the daughter of the late Tracy and Grace Groves Duncan.

Yvonne was a homemaker and member of Pleasant Home Baptist Church in Glencoe.

On August 1, 1953 she was united in marriage to Paul Amos Chapman.  He preceded her in death on May 11, 2011.  She was also preceded in death by a son, Greg Chapman, and her sister: Barbara Atwood.

Yvonne is survived by 5 sons: Daniel Chapman (Cathy) of Dry Ridge, Darrell Chapman (Kathy) of Chandler, AZ, Mike Chapman (Jean) of Union, Jeff Chapman (Annette) of Glencoe and Joe Travis Chapman (Veronica) of Glencoe; 21 Grandchildren; and 24 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona.  Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Saturday, at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the Glencoe Cemetery.
