Zella Mae Baughn

Mrs. Zella Mae Baughn of Cincinnati, OH. died Wednesday, June 9 in Cincinnati at the age of 93.  Zella was born February 14, 1928 in Georgetown, KY. to the late James W. Sharon and Lillie Traylor Sharon.  Zella was a homemaker and a member of the Park Avenue Church of God.  She was a long time Christian and had a true devotion to serving the Lord through her prayer life and Bible study.  She also enjoyed family picnics and any church activity.

In addition to her parents, Zella was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Baughn, Sr. and by sons: Edward Baughn, Jr. and Gilbert Baughn.

Zella is survived by a daughter: Joy Lawson of Cincinnati, OH., and sons: Frank Baughn of Cincinnati, OH. and Jim Baughn of Morning View, KY.  She also has 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.

Funeral services for Mrs. Zella Mae Baughn will be conducted 1:00 pm Saturday, June 12 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, 30 South Main Street, Dry Ridge, KY. 41035 with Rev. Russell Vance officiating.  Visitation will also be on Saturday from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.  Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.  If memorial contributions are desired they may be directed to the Victory Tabernacle.
