Dwayne Allen Smith

September 17, 1960 - November 4, 2015

Mr. Dwayne Allen Smith, a Hebron resident, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital at the age of 55.

Dwayne was survived by his wife of 31 years, Donna Bradshaw Smith. Dwayne was also survived by his mother, Patsy Jo Smith of Florence and one sister, Michele Black of Florence, KY.

Dwayne was the owner/operator of Tri-State Restoration and Remodeling, he was an Air Force veteran, member of Masonic Lodge #785, and was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.

Visitation will be Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 2-4pm at the Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington, KY. Masonic and funeral services will be at 4pm with military honors to follow. Burial will be at the Brown Mission Church Cemetery on Monday, Nov. 9, after a short procession starting at 11am from Rominger Funeral Home, 402 Richmond Rd., Manchester, KY 40962. Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY in charge of arrangements.
