Stephanie Owen Rose of Dry Ridge, KY, was born August 20, 1965 in Covington, KY. She passed away at home in Dry Ridge, KY on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at the age of 44.

Stephanie is the daughter of Barbara Burgess Owen of Dry Ridge, KY and Wendell L. and Regena Owen of Nancy, KY. She was a Social Worker for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Cabinet for Family Services, and a member of the Sherman Baptist Church. On November 17, 1990 she was united in marriage to Gary Todd Rose.

In addition to being survived by her husband of 19 years, and her parents, she is also survived by 1 son, Joshua Christian Rose of Dry Ridge, KY; 3 daughters, Jennie Christine Rose of Dry Ridge, KY, Amanda Rose Tucker of Williamstown, KY, and Jessica Rose Helton, of Williamstown, KY; 7 grandchildren; 1 brother Steve Owen of Berea, KY; and 1 sister Staci Owen of Dry Ridge, KY.

Visitation for Stephanie will be 5:00pm-9:00pm, Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY. Funeral services will be at 11:00am Friday, July 23, 2010 at the funeral home, with burial following at the New Vine Run Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY.
